This new lifestyle shop is all about who you are behind closed doors

“Space defines how you behave,” says Ada Laud, who with Abbey Manliclic recently launched lifestyle store Nooke. “We want you to connect to your homes and express yourself through space.” The duo defines their ventures as a shop that offers functional, simple, quaint and hard-to-find furniture pieces. Most of their wares are conceptualized by Manliclic who has a background in Industrial Design. The others, meanwhile, are pieces collected and curated from their travels across the country.

Nooke’s pilot collection evokes a home that is a sanctuary. Think lived-in spaces, morning rituals, and the quirks of what really goes on inside your own room. “We’re not into model homes,” Laud explains. To put it simply, the brand’s charm stems from making your personal space as personal as it can be.

The two women feel lucky to have found a partner community in Pampanga. These craftsmen use locally sourced premium materials to interpret Manliclic’s original designs. Check them out below:
