This decade’s favorite all-girl pop group is still gaining momentum and making massive waves across the globe since their The X Factor stint in 2012. Five years later, and even down a member, they are still the multi-platinum selling group their loyal “harmonizers” know and love.
Just last August, the group’s self-titled album (and third release) Fifth Harmony, debuted at #4 on the U.S. Billboard Top 200 chart and peaked at #1 on iTunes in more than 50 countries. The album trended worldwide on social media and garnered praises. USA Today hailed it as “the strongest work yet of the group’s career” while Rolling Stone said it is their “most cohesive album yet.”
Their recent success was preceded by their record-breaking sophomore album 7/27 which included the 5x platinum certified “Work from Home,” earning Fifth Harmony a spot in the Top 10 hit on the Billboard Hot 100. Their debut album, Reflection, took a No. 5 spot on the Billboard 200 with hits like “Sledgehammer” and the quadruple-platinum single, “Worth It.
Apart from their many musical recognitions, they’ve since earned major accolades including the People’s Choice Awards, the iHeartRadio Music Awards, the Radio Disney Music Awards, the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards, and even an MTV Video Music Award Moon Person for Best Pop Video.
Manila will be one of the lucky stops for the group’s PSA Tour in Asia on March 6th, 2018 at the KIA Theatre.
